Self-serve plans
If something is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Change-of-mind refunds are offered within 48 hours of purchase if the invitation has not been shared with guests.
Studio packages
Because studio work begins quickly, refunds are evaluated based on progress: full refund before design starts, partial refund after the first preview, no refund once approved and published. Extra revisions are non-refundable once delivered.
How to request
Open your order in the dashboard and choose "Request refund". We review within two business days and reply by email. Approved card refunds arrive in 5–10 business days.
Switch design instead
Prefer a different look? You can switch designs once at no cost instead of a refund.
